Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period cannot be accommodated.

  • To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging. Products not meeting these standards will not be refunded, and may incur restocking or shipping fees.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Step 1: Email us at baixizejirocum@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

  • Step 2: For size-related exchanges, include detailed information (e.g., desired size, fit issue) to help us assist you promptly.

Important Notes on Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for non-defective returns.

  • Do not return any item without prior approval and a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, contact baixizejirocum@outlook.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or card issuer first—some transactions may take longer to post. If the issue persists, contact us at baixizejirocum@outlook.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings are final sale unless defective.

  • Sale items and personalized products cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days for a prepaid return label and full reimbursement, including outbound shipping costs.
