Shipping Expectations

• Your estimated delivery window will be provided at checkout, based on your order’s processing/production time, as well as the shipping time.
• You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your package has shipped.
• No changes can be made to your shipping address once your package has left our facility.
• All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days.
• Once shipped, your order may take 5-25 business days to arrive, depending on what you’ve ordered and your location.
• The carrier for your order is automatically selected based on your shipping address and cannot be changed.

Shipping Restrictions

• We kindly ask that you provide us with a business or residential address.
• We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes and Freight Forwarding addresses.
  • We are unable to deliver to Freight Forwarding addresses due to their association with fraudulent activity. Orders with forwarding addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
• For countries that offer free shipping*, free shipping applies only when the total amount, excluding shipping, tax, and rush fees, reaches the listed price.
• Expedited shipping is only available in select countries.
